Customers are required to inspect the products in front of the delivery person before making any payments. By accepting the product and making payment, you confirm that the product meets your expectations in terms of quality and condition.

2. Order Cancellation

Customers acknowledge and accept that if products become out of stock after placing orders, the order will be canceled without any questions or disputes.

3. Returns

You are entitled to return a product at the time of delivery if you are not satisfied. The product must be returned directly to the delivery person before any payment is made.
In the event of a return, you will only be charged the delivery fee, and the product must be returned in its original packaging.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must:

• Inspect the item in front of the delivery person.
• Take a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product.
• Send the photo to our Facebook page or via email at homegoods.homestuff@gmail.com.
• Return the item immediately to the delivery person.

We do not accept claims for damaged products after payment and acceptance, as we cannot verify the condition of the item post-delivery.

5. Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please note:

• The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
• Delivery charges will apply to the new exchange order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

• Organic items (such as dried flowers).
• Customized products.

Please make sure you understand these exceptions before placing an order.
